Under 50 Calories Snacks

If you are on a meal plan the includes 50 Calories or under snacks, here is a list of potential foods that may fit the bill. Remember, these are just examples, and with a little creativity and research, you can put together other healthy and delicious snacks 50 Calories and under.

Example 1:  = 49 Calories

  • 1- 6 1/2" carrot = 25 calories
  • 2- 7 1/2-8" celery stalks = 12 calories (6 calories each)
  • 4- cherry tomatoes = 12 calories (3 calories each)

Example 2: = 50 calories

  • 1- 2 1/2" diameter apple

Example 3: = 48 Calories

  • 8- large strawberries (1 3/8" diameter) = 48 Calories

Example 4:  = 45 Calories

  • 1- 2 3/8" diameter orange = 45 Calories

Example 5: = 50 Calories

  • 1- 4 oz cup of Fiber One Yogurt = 50 Calories (source)
